Fashion Awareness Direct (FAD) is a charity that works relentlessly to educate, mentor and ultimately help getting young people a job in fashion, as well as making the fashion industry more diverse. FAD and Four Seasons Recruitment believe that talented, hardworking young people should be able to access a career in fashion, regardless of their background or economic circumstances. WHAT WILL THE MONEY GO TOWARDS? Four Seasons Recruitment are partnering with FAD to raise funds to run a series of workshops for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds with the goal to give them the personal and technical skills needed to progress in their fashion careers, and ultimately get a job in the industry.
