Hi Im jemma, I’m 27 years old. Married with three amazing babies aged 4, 1 and 16 weeks. I am running this raffle to raise money to pay for cancer treatment in Mexico after I was diagnosed with terminal stage 4 cancer the day after giving birth to our third baby.
