My name is jody , I'm 30 and I'm a nail tech who lives in shetland. This month iv been raising money for mind you head, which is a local charity here in shetland that helps those who are struggling with their mental health. After a recently loss in the community I wanted to raise more awareness about the stigma around mens mental health.
