Pathfinders UK is a registered charity providing adventurous activities and confidence-building sessions to support young people aged 5 - 25 years across the City of Salford. We offer accessible adventure and work hard to create opportunity and aim to alleviate financial exclusion allowing our young people to thrive and grow.
