My name is Declan Phelan. I purchased this apartment in 2006 for €90,000. We have had some amazing (budget) ski and summer holidays in Bansko with both family and friends. Back home in Dublin our family has grown over the last few years so we've come to the difficult decision to raffle this property in order to purchase a family home in Ireland.
