Minimum Ticket Target

Our platform is designed to help you maximise your raffle’s potential while minimising risk. The Minimum Ticket Target feature empowers you to confidently offer high-value prizes by setting a clear minimum threshold for ticket sales. This ensures that, whether the target is met or not, you can maintain control over their revenue and outcomes. With transparency built into the process, both hosts and entrants benefit from a fair, secure, and engaging raffle experience.

Why Use the Minimum Ticket Target?

For hosts serious about offering valuable prizes, this feature is a game-changer. It doesn’t just mitigate risk — it ensures that your efforts are rewarded. With clear communication and flexible outcomes, the Minimum Ticket Target adds another layer of security and professionalism to your raffles.

How the Minimum Ticket Target Works

The Minimum Ticket Target feature allows you to set the minimum number of tickets that must be sold for your raffle to proceed as planned. This target is prominently displayed on the raffle page so entrants are fully aware of what’s required for the prize to be awarded.

Flexible Outcomes for Hosts

If the minimum target isn’t reached by the time your raffle ends, you have two options:
  • Award the Prize: Choose to proceed with awarding the prize and receive your share of the revenue generated, even if it didn’t meet the minimum target.
  • Retain the Prize: Opt to retain your prize and award 50% of the ticket revenue to the winner as a cash prize while keeping the remaining revenue for yourself.

Key Benefits

  • Eliminate Financial Risk: The Minimum Ticket Target ensures that every ticket sold contributes to your revenue. Even if the target isn’t met, you still walk away with earnings, minimising financial risk.
  • Maintain Full Transparency: Entrants are informed upfront about the ticket target and can see a clear indicator of whether it has been met. If the target is reached, a badge appears on the page showing ‘Target Met.’
  • Maximise High-Value Raffles: This feature is especially useful for hosts offering high-value prizes, as it reduces uncertainty and allows you to focus on promoting your raffle without worry.

Entrant Assurance

The Minimum Ticket Target isn’t just beneficial for hosts — it provides peace of mind for entrants as well. If the target is not met, entrants know they are either participating in a raffle where the prize is awarded or receiving a fair share of the ticket revenue as a cash prize.
