TEAM RISE is a Charity based in Brierfield that supports people from all across East Lancashire. We care for adults who have a learning disability, autism, and those who are vulnerable, lonely, or socially isolated. Our area is one of the most deprived areas of the country and has one of the highest rates of disability.
