The Search was founded in 2021 by Penny Daniels. We are an Executive Search firm, specialising in finding forward-thinking People and Talent leaders. Penny is also mummy to Ziggy, 3 and Pixie, 2. Ziggy was diagnosed with leukaemia just after his first birthday. We are raffling 2 Adele Tickets on the 2nd July 2022 for Children with Cancer UK.
