The prize is a fabulous free holiday of up to 3 nights in the CWTCH campervan in 2021 (subject to availability). The van sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children up to approx 11 years of age). The winners will enjoy all the luxury fixtures, fittings and surprise trimmings that come with the CWTCH van, so you can relax and enjoy your fantastic adventure. Toast marshmallows around a campfire, snuggle under blankets and tell stories, explore the mountains or watch the waves. The campervan is provided with full insurance, roadside assistance, a full tank of fuel, and absolutely all its contents included. All you need is yourselves, your clothes and your food/drink. The van is a little unusual because it has a rear kitchen layout, which means it has full height clearance along the whole living space (well over 6 feet), making it really comfortable and easy to live in. Adlington Primary School PTA are thrilled to be able to offer this wonderful prize and in entering the raffle and potentially winning you will be entering into a contract with CWTCH for the booking. The winner will need to be able to pay a £500 refundable security deposit, which can be done on a credit card via PayPal if preferred and is returned to them on safe return of the vehicle. This can't be waived, it's a condition of CWTCH insurance. To be eligible, drivers must be able to meet their standard terms and conditions (attached), the key summary of which is: Vehicle to carry no more than 4 passengers - 2 adults and up to 2 children below 11 years*.  Drivers must meet the following minimum criteria plus all others outlined in this document. Aged 25-79 with full license held 2 years minimum.  No more than 6 penalty points and no driving convictions.  No insurance declined or cancelled, nor special terms resulting from claims. Campsite pitches with electric hook up and chemical waste disposal must be used for all trips**.  Hirers are responsible for any breakages or damage to vehicle and contents - £500 refundable security deposit is required. Accidents and mechanical damage must be reported to CWTCH immediately . Vehicle must be returned fully cleaned with a full tank, and clean, empty toilet cassette.
