We are happy to go into detail regarding location, accessibility, local amenities and activities. The prize does not include the refundable 1. Security deposit and the 2. Cleaning fee... Both of which will be refunded following your stay if the apartment is left as you find it. There is no alternative cash prize. The winner must be the lead guest when the booking is made. The prize can not be sold on.
