West Yorkshire Animals In Need help rescuers we trust and Georgiana Neagu of SOS ARMS in Romania is exceptional. She has recently taken in some badly injured dogs which require extensive surgery and are hospitalised for ongoing care and treatment. Both dogs are victims of hit and run. With both dogs requiring more than one surgical procedure for their injuries the costs will be high and so I need your help. The black dog, named 'LUCKY' needed the femoral head removing in his first operation and restorative surgery. As 'Lucky' was still screaming in pain when touched further x rays were taken when it was discovered that he had also suffered a fracture in the pelvic area. The black and white dog has a very badly injured back leg which has twisted into a deformity needing urgent surgery. The pain these dogs have endured is unimaginable and they have been so brave to survive this far we cannot ignore them.
