Raffle Summary

Hand Made Stone Age Reproductions. Welcome to my new raffle. 3 Great prizes to be won. 1 War Axe. 2 Three stunning arrows. 3 Finely crafted Obsidian dagger. Each Prize has been finely crafted from Obsidian and blended with Osage Orange wood from America, as you can see I have gone for a special feel making these artifacts to achieve a look that's easy to believe they were made thousands of years ago.

3 Prizes

  • This is quite unusual in its design as it looks like a Neolithic tree felling axe, however it would be much better suited to war as obsidian cuts flesh much better than wood. The head is set into the handle with pine pitch glue and bound with Buckskin binding. At the base of the handle, I bound it with Buckskin and then wiped silver birch tar over the surface to bring about the black sweated look of something ancient. I then went on to burn the Osage as this brings out the grain in a truly wonderful way. Good Luck in the raffle one of you is going to win this, it could well be YOU.

  • Each arrows it tipped with Obsidian and has unique colour features. Bound onto burnt Osage Orange shafts using pine tech glue and Nettle fibres. The fletching is from turkey feathers using a style that works well but also looks great. So the winner gets not one but 3 amazing arrows. Remember someone will win and it could be you. Good Luck and thanks for purchasing some tickets.

  • I really was going for a wow factor when I made this Dagger. The blade that has been hand chipped into shape has been bound and set into an Osage Orange wood handle using pine pitch glue and buckskin smeared in silver birch tar. I have then gone on to make a sheath from brain tanned deer hide and once again smeared it in the silver birch tar From this Dagger you not only get the feel and the look but you also get the smell of the fire and the forest. Good luck guys, remember you have to be in it to win it and the more tickets you buy the the better chance you have of winning.
