Enjoy a weekend RESET YOGA RETREAT for 2 people sharing, 13-17 October. De-stress, unwind, escape the rat race for a few days of well deserved "me time". Come to the beautiful village of Jesus Pobre, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for a 3 day yoga retreat. You will do yoga for all levels, twice daily, eat delicious vegetarian meals, be part of the full program including guided meditations, Qi Jong sessions, and crystal singing bowls sessions. You will be looked after by Francesca Stutely and Ann Leese, veterans in running retreats in Spain and the Uk. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm and rejuvenated, connected to your body, mind and soul. The program starts on Thursday evening at 5pm. with a gentle slow yoga class, to ease you in after your journey, followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner. You and a friend will share a double room with ensuite bathroom by the pool. On Friday and Saturday we have a full days of yoga with meditation and Qi Jong, with time to either relax by the pool and gardens, or go for a walk out the door down the country lanes among the almond, orange and lemon groves. On Sunday morning we have Yoga and a meditation/Qi Jong session, lunch and then you are free to have the afternoon to yourselves. in the evening you can enjoy one of the local restaurants in the village as you wish, and fly home Monday.
