Raffle Summary

The proceeds of this raffle will be split equally between the Great North Air Ambulance (GNAA) and Scotty's Little Soldiers Fans of Team Irving came about at the end of January, 2021. Barbara Holl and Allison Vaux got together to create it, when the community fb page on Max Out in the Lake District disappeared and members had nowhere to post. Melanie joined us in Admin a couple of months later as we realised this group was going to be BIG! We have now gained another Admin in Cheryl Hooper but sadly lost Barbara as she has taken a step back to enjoy her own time. The group was founded to work along side Team Irving while at the same time being a supporting arm for all members who were finding things a little difficult. Our members are from all around the world, we all have different reasons for being members, but we all have the same thing in common:- Kerry, Angela, Max, Paddy and Harry. Max sadly passed earlier this year, but his memory and legacy live on in Paddy and Harry The group has turned out to be the most supportive and caring bunch of people that anyone could have dreamed of and we Thank You for that. Why the Charities have been Chosen:- GNAA has been Chosen for its unprecedented work in the Lakes and surrounding area, saving lives while putting their own at risk. The team have support Max Out in the Lake District on several occasion' s and they deserve every penny we can help them with. We have even come to know some of the team through Kerry's work with them Scotty's Little Solidier's has been chosen for their fantastic work with Service Men and Women's families when they sadly don't come home from duty or pass leaving bereaved children and young people without a loved one. I hope you will agree, that both these Charities are worthy causes, and we thank you for taking part in this raffle and helping us help them. Many thanks Allison, Melanie and Cheryl
