Raffle Summary
An absolutely stunning butterfly bat from Kent batmakers Hell4Leather. Known for their big and light bats, they are one of the very limited batmakers to have made it onto our masterlist. Having access to their own willow stocks, this gorgeous cleft with just a hint of butterfly stain on the face was one we were really excited to get in to review. The shape we requested was what Travis Head used when he was at GM with the elongated hitting area giving the largest possible sweet spot, and is topped off with custom laser engraving. This bat fulfills the big and light mantra that H4L live by, looks stunning, and alongside the Blueroom bat we had in last year the bat we were most eager to test and use. But we decided this bat was too pretty to use, and so the bat has been left in pristine state for the winner to do as they please. If you dreamt up a butterfly unicorn of a bat, it’d probably look a little something like this. We're raising money to support the aid relief work in Turkey and Syria after the earthquakes there cost the lives of more than 50,000 people. There will be a total of eight raffles for this campaign. The three individuals with the most purchased tickets across the eight raffles will also have the chance to win a very special bat, with details on our Instagram channel @mycricketgear. You can also watch video reviews of all the bats in our raffles there.
