My profile says UK on this due to the fact that there was no option to put Ireland on it. The House is located in the heart of balbriggan, Co Dublin, Ireland and is close to lots of amenities. This House would make a lovely family home and has LOTS of potential, The property market has almost ground to a halt due to Covid-19 so with this in mind we have decided to launch this prize competition and give people the chance to own their own home for just £1.70. This competition is open to Irish, UK and us Citizens however if a non Irish citizen wins it , They will need to apply for an Irish PPS Number To legally own the property and can take a few weeks(we can help find the forms to get started) , We will hold onto the property for the winner But they will need to ACCEPT the prize when they get the email from raffal.com otherwise we wont be able to go ahead with the title transfer ect as this costs. This raffle is 100% genuine and we Dont have to sell all the tickets shown for it to be won however the way raffall.com works is we need to generate enough ticket sales to cover the cost of our home , raffall.com take 10% of the ticket sales therefore we must sell tickets , if not enough tickets are sold to cover the cost of the home then when the draw takes place the winner will receive 75% of the ticket sales money and we receive nothing but keep the house, if we sell all of the tickets then the draw will take place immediately instead of waiting for the end date and the house will be given as the prize. Upon the competition being drawn, the title transfer of the house will go through our own Dublin Based solicitor. The solicitor will make sure that upon completion, the winner will receive the property without debt or encumbrance however once we have got in contact with the winner and discussed details they will NEED to accept the prize officially through raffall.com so we can be paid, We wont be transferring any title for the house until this is done not only to ensure we ourselves Dont get scammed but also so the new owner can receive the house mortgage free. Also if anybody is wondering why a competition for an Irish house is in sterling its because raffall.com currently only accept sterling as a currency I have attached my personal Facebook page link to my profile on this if anybody has any questions they can send them to me or if any more photos are wanted then send me a message and I will be happy to answer . raffall.com only let me upload 8 photos so if anybody wants more please send me a Facebook message :) thank you and Good luck !
