We have decided to relocate after a hectic couple of years and decided that the best way to do this was to give everyone an equal opportunity to win a simply amazing prize that would set them up for life. We know that it is incredibly difficult in normal circumstances to purchase a home especially during a pandemic when times are uncertain and we feel that if we can give someone the opportunity to have a fresh start then now is the time. We recognise that house prices in the capital have become extremely prohibitive to first time buyers and trying to get on the property ladder with he way rental prices are now can almost feel claustrophobic. We hope that at least we can help one person be fortunate enough to win our house and enjoy the freedom of being mortgage free. The lucky winner will win a 3 storey, 4 bed, 3 bathroom home all over 135sqm with a south facing back garden in Dublin located close to Dublin Airport, 5 minutes from Portmarnock and 10 minutes from Dublin’s most popular seaside towns of Howth and Malahide. As part of this incredible prize we are donating 10% of the proceeds from the ticket sales to Temple Street Children’s Hospital Dublin. We are donating this money as a thank you to the hospital for caring for our daughter over the past two years during which time she was cared for on more than one occasion and we are forever in their debt. The work they do is incredible and we honestly could not be more thankful for their time, care and help during what was a very difficult time for the three of us.
