We think its time to give back to them and this is the best way we can do that by raising as much money for our Oxfordshire NHS Heroes through these challenging times. We have joined forces with the award-winning Thames Valley Charity of the Year 2020, Play2Give, to run this raffle to raise as much money as possible for the Oxford Hospitals Charity - registered charity 1175809. All your donations through purchasing tickets are greatly appreciated. Play2Give based in Didcot is an Oxfordshire fundraising organisation founded in 2007 by Andrew Baker BCAv. Play2Give raises thousands of pounds and supports numerous local charities all year round. Over the course of nearly 13 years, over £225,000 has been donated by Play2Give to charities including the Oxford Children's Hospital, Headway Oxfordshire and many other good causes locally. Andrew who lives with a brain injury and his team work tirelessly all year round to organise a wide range of events and initiatives such as an annual Christmas toy drive for the young patients in hospital and other children and families less fortunate. We are proud to have partnered with Play2Give on this latest collaboration to create this raffle, through which funds will be channeled through the fundraising organisation. This is a UK-only Raffle. T&Cs Raffle terms and conditions Oxford Vapours and Play2Give NHS raffle rules: Thank you for supporting our NHS raffle in collaboration with award-winning Didcot-based fundraising group, Play2Give. These terms and conditions refer to online. 1. The cost of each ticket entry into the Oxford Vapours and Play2Give NHS raffle is £5. You may purchase more than one ticket. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date and through www.oxfordvapours.com. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation. The number of tickets available will be 2000 tickets (£10,000). 2. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks. 3. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned. 4. The Oxford Vapours and Play2Give NHS Raffle is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of Oxford vapours who are directly involved with the raffle, their agencies and other companies directly involved in the running of the raffle. This means that entries will not be accepted from the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPOs. 5. To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must be residents of Great Britain (only) and 18 years of age or over. This means that online entries will not be accepted from Northern Ireland. 6. Online or telephone payments for lottery and raffle tickets by credit card are not permitted. Payments using this method will be rejected. Raffle payments by debit card are accepted. 7. Monies raised by this raffle through P2G will be donated to the Oxford Hospitals Charity (registered charity number 1175809) COVID-19 Emergency Fund. 8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received. 9. The Promoter cannot accept CAF payments for raffle entries and all CAF payments will be treated as donations. 10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. 11. Any ticket entries received after the closing date may miss entry into the draw and therefore will be considered as a donation. 12. Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly. 13. No correspondence will be entered into. 16. Where The Promoter is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for one month following The Promoter's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, The Promoter may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles. 17. All winners are required to co-operate with The Promoter’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested. 18. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, The Promoter reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where The Promoter deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error. 19. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion. 20. The Oxford Vapours and Play2Give NHS raffle is subject to the laws of England and Wales. 21. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Oxford Vapours and Play2Give NHS raffle is final. Oxford Vapours operates a complaints and disputes procedure which is available on the raffle hotline on 01235 426300. All complaints and disputes will be handled in accordance with the procedure. If your complaint relates to the outcome of your gambling transaction and cannot be dealt with by Oxford Vapours complaints procedure to your satisfaction, you have the right, free of charge, to have the matter referred to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service an independent organisation offering alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) services. Referral of the dispute to an ADR entity will not restrict your right to bring proceedings in respect of the dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction.
