The Tenzing People Champs are raising money for Mermaids this Pride Month! Mermaids has been supporting transgender, nonbinary and gender-diverse children, young people, and their families since 1995. Their support can: reduce isolation and loneliness; improve self esteem and help young people to cope with mental and emotional distress; equip parents and families with the tools to provide support and negotiate education and health services; AND improve awareness and practices of teachers, GP’s, CAMHS, Social Services and other professionals.
