Sweepstake Summary

Girton Feminist Society is raising money in support of Leading Routes, a pioneering initiative that aims to prepare the next generation of Black academics. Leading Routes are exploring new ways to strengthen the academic pipeline for Black students, from a Black-led perspective. This raffle is in honour of the Black Lives Matter movement. Actively fighting anti-Black racism is the responsibility of all of us - this is not just an American problem; the UK is also systemically racist. There are 22 prizes available - please watch the video to see them all! The prizes have all been kindly donated, and include illustrations, portraits, drawings, paintings, embroideries, lyrics, t-shirts, postcards and books intended to educate, inspire and support the Black Lives Matter movement. Prizes will all be posted to the winners free of charge. Winners must confirm on this site that they have received the prize before the money can be sent to Leading Routes, so please make sure you do this promptly.
