Enjoying a relaxed atmosphere, yet only 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Murcia, the capital of the region, Mula is a quaint town where ancient and modern are empathically entwined. It has a plethora of lovely cafés and restaurants, and many schools for those of you with a family who would like to think of this as a primary residence. For those of you who are historically inclined, Mula has an array of Neolithic settlements, aside from the many historical buildings from throughout the ages, from medieval, to renaissance, to baroque. However, if you tire of all that culture, in under an hour you can enjoy a swim in the beautiful Mar Menor, or just lunch by the sea. The house comprises of two stories, featuring three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It has a vast, fully fitted kitchen, and a large open plan lounge / dining room; the latter is given a certain privacy by being on a different level, with a large breakfast bar / work surface bridging the gap between the living and dining spaces.
