The raffle will run until Saturday 27th November at 4:30 pm during our face-to-face fundraising event at the Elton Age Concern Centre in Stourbridge. Mindful Meditation sessions take place in Stourbridge on the last Tuesday of the month at 8:30 pm with Angel Wood Therapies. This voucher will entitle you to attend a session of your choice worth £10. You can gift the voucher or use it yourself. The voucher can be sent via email or posted. Mindful meditation is suitable for all, whether you are beginners or more advanced practitioners and includes a range of breathing techniques, mantras, mudras and guided meditations.

Wanda meets Berry is the first book in the Berry and Wanda series. It is aimed to support children up to the age of 7 by showing them the importance of friendship and connection. The book is a children's paperback picture book that includes beautiful hand-drawn watercolour illustrations and is written in rhyme. At the end of the book, there is also a mindfulness activity that children can connect with as well as some magic words that they can say to help them when they may be feeling lonely or doubting themselves.
