In 2007 I had a good idea, one which was briefly applauded by Terry Pratchett. My cunning plan was to have the standard paperback editions of his books rebound and then sold as a Limited-Edition publication from The Ankh-Morpork Consulate Library. They would be bound by a local bookbinder and look stunning. We started to produce volumes one and two. Then the clapping stopped after it was pointed out that what we were doing was in fact illegal! Whoops, but thankfully we had only produced four sets. One copy of each had gone to Terry himself, who really liked the covers and a couple to Discworld Collectors. So, when we pulled the plug, with profuse apologies to all concerned, Isobel put one set away in the attic. These are those copies.
