Voucher will be made out in the name of entrant as registered on Rafall website profile, PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL NAMES ARE LEGAL, LEGITIMATE AND ACCURATE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS When prize is accepted, using Rafall acceptance procedure, all responsibility and liability ends with FamilyTimeCompetitions. Prize will be delivered in person by a FamilyTimeCompetitions representative to your registered home address. Prize recipient must be entrant of competition. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of physical gift card to the value of competition. Your TUI gift card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at all TUI travel shops (excluding Southern Ireland), tui.co.uk and firstchoice.co.uk. For website transactions, your gift card must have sufficient funds to cover the initial payment due when booking your holiday. The card can’t be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards. The card can’t be exchanged for cash or to buy another gift card. The expiry date is printed on the reverse of your gift card. Your gift card expiry date will be at least 1 year from the date of your purchase/Generation. For e-gift cards the expiry will be printed on your e-gift card and is 2 years from the date of purchase. The maximum account balance allowed at any one time is £5,000 for gift cards and £3,000 for e-gift cards. The card must be treated as cash, and the balance can’t be refunded if it’s lost, stolen or destroyed. You can find out your balance by phone, in-store or on the web. Cards can’t be redeemed over the phone. Your gift card cannot be used in the republic of Ireland or online at crystalski.co.uk TUI gift cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
