Hi everyone, thank you for stopping by. This raffle has been created to raise memorial funds for my sweet baby nephew Memphis who passed away last month. At least 20% of the ticket sales will also be donated to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) who have provided the most incredible and phenomenal care to my family over this agonising time, they truly are such a remarkable organisation who provide support to families and care for children with life-threatening conditions. If Memphis’s fundraiser reaches its goal target, any additional funds raised by this raffle will also be donated to EACH in addition to the 20% to support the tremendous work that they do. Mighty Little Memphis was extraordinarily special, he was 1 of 30 in the whole entire world diagnosed with a life-limiting genetic condition named 3-Methylglutaconic aciduria type 7 (MGCA7). MGCA7 affects the mitochondria found in cells, and results in neurological deterioration. One year ago, Memphis was a happy babbling baby, but from November 2021, he started to experience reoccurring seizures and infections which meant that he spent the next 8 months in an out of hospital. On the 30th of May 2022, Mighty little Memphis took his last breath after a very long and difficult fight. My sister-in-law has created a PayPal fundraiser towards Mem’s memorial costs, they would like to purchase Memphis an urn so that he can have a special resting place with them, and additionally they will use the funds towards some custom keepsakes made from his hair, ashes and towards some time away as a family. The final total raised from this raffle will be donated directly to the existing PayPal fundraiser (this link can be found below), minus Raffall's 10% fee, and EACH's minimum 20% donation. This raffle is not run by, or affiliated with The York Ghost Merchants, though they have been extremely kind and have given me their blessing to include some ghosts from my own personal collection in this raffle. Due to the nature of this fundraiser, I am afraid delivery costs are not included, however they will be offered at a substituted rate. The winners will be contacted when the raffle ends to discuss their preferred delivery method of their prizes.
