We're fundraising to spread smiles to seriously ill children and their families during intensive treatment and hospital stays. Spread a Smile brings joy and laughter to seriously ill and hospitalised children and their families during intensive treatment and extended hospital stays. Every year we spread smiles to thousands of children and teenagers and their families through hospital visits, outings and events and art initiatives. Our impact is far greater than a smile, we strive to make a real and positive difference to young lives at the most challenging of times. Thanks to our partners and wonderful organisations, we have a number of prizes to give away as part of our prize draw to raise funds to support our charity work.

Quidditch is a fast, physical and highly active sport, which is growing in popularity with young people everywhere.
