This raffle, run by The Pink Guitar Project, is raising funds for the breast cancer charity Breast Cancer Now. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their life. Around 76% of women diagnosed with Breast Cancer will survive for more than 10 years, and this number continues to grow. By raising money for research, we can make that number higher and higher, giving people a better chance of long term survival. The Pink Guitar Project is collaborating with some amazing guitar and pedal builders to make wonderful pink gear to sell for charity; there will be a few pink guitars, several pink fuzzes, a pink tube-screamer, this pink Klon clone and more. Some will be sold via auction, and some will be raffled off like this! The Klon Centaur is one of the most famous, and most expensive pedals ever made. Originals now go for £3-5 k+. It is an incredible trasnsparent boost through to a huge sounding overdrive or distortion. Companies like Ceriatone make incredible clones of these that go for a 10th or less of the price... and yet, they sound just as good! This one in pink has been donated by the lovely people at Ceriatone - a company making great pedals, and Dumble-inspired amps too (amongst other designs).
