Beat the winter blues with our Schools Plus raffle this February! We've got an exciting range of prizes for companies in Oxford, including film tickets, wine and more. Tickets are only £1.20 and the money raised will go to supporting Schools Plus. Schools Plus is a programme run by the Oxford Hub which tackles educational disadvantage by providing free tutoring and academic support for local pupils. The programmes work specifically with schools in areas of Oxford with high levels of deprivation, or schools where pupils are at risk of not achieving their potential. Last year, it supported 98 pupils who received regular tutoring for 3 months or more from volunteer tutors. Together, pairs completed 1945 lessons which would be worth over £48,000 at the standard private tutoring rate of £25/hour. This raffle will raise funds to support Schools Plus to reach even more children in Oxfordshire this year. A quote from a parent - “We are so thankful for Schools Plus input for our daughter.
