This is an official York Ghost Merchants monthly charity Ghost Raffall ( run by the business and not through an affiliate or customer of the business ). We are raffling a different Ghost for a different charity each month until the end of the year, this is the 4th Monthly Charity Ghost Raffall . The August Charity Ghost is a rare hand painted prototype Ghost. This Lost Woodlands Ghost was made in advance of our limited edition in September 2022 as a test piece. The edition of 100 sold out at time of release. We rarely part with Black Box prototypes so this really is a unique Ghost. It was painted in brush & ink by Mrs Humphreys on a white body. ( the edition of Ghosts were on a coloured body ) The base ( underside ) is signed by Mrs Humphreys and marked PROTOTYPE. The Ghost will not be packed in a black box and there is no edition card as the prototypes are not part of the original limited edition release. As a prototype the Ghost does bear some handling marks and is not in the standard shop ready condition. All money raised less the 10% Raffall commission goes directly to We Are With You ( ie £1.80 from each £2 ticket ) We Are With You is a British charity founded in 1967 that supports people to make positive behavioural changes, most notably with alcohol and drug misuse, and mental health. The charity works extensively throughout England and Scotland, with an administrative base in Farringdon, central London. They provide free, confidential support to people experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health and offer help and support to their families and loved ones.
