Raffle Summary
Over last 2 years I visited a rural health centre in Zambia, The aim was to identify how the rural healthcare needs could be met, providing support and mentorship of health professionals working in the area. The issue facing the area is a lack of access to healthcare in the remote communities. We have had 2 ambulances donated by Yorkshire Ambulance Service which can be used in the region, but we need to get them into the country. Various organisations have pledged support but we still need a bit more to get these vehicles on a ship and over to Zambia. We will be adding more prizes over the next few weeks
