Each year, 16 lucky candidates are selected to attend a week of immersive education like no other in Champagne hosted by our 16 contributing Grande Marque houses. Upon completing the tastings and exams set in the region, they are then invited to join the Academy and enjoy our dinners, functions and educational events throughout the year. Alongside these unique networking events is our opportunity to give back to the industry via our charity work with The Drinks Trust. The Drinks Trust is the charity dedicated to the drinks and hospitality workforce. It strives to empower our industry people through services designed to assist financially, restore well-being and develop skills, and to do so with compassion and respect. In doing so, The Drinks Trust seeks to create an equitable industry where opportunities to thrive are open to all. All proceeds with the exception of a small processing fee from Raffall.com will go to The Drinks Trust, please give generously and support the wonderful work the charity does for those in the industry that need it most. The Raffle will close at 10:30pm on Thursday 12th September 2024 and winners will be announced live at the annual Scotland dinner at the the National Museum of Scotland.

Bollinger Special Cuvee Champagne is Bollinger's Brut Non Vintage benchmark wine. Bollinger only produces two different blends; that designed for the Special cuvee, and that which will become Grande Annee. Following the harvest period, Bollinger's decisions on blending are not made before January. The blend for the Special cuvee is an ideal version of the classic Champagne blend, using the different grapes of a given year from a variety of crus, with the addition of older, reserve wines.

Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve Champagne NV expresses the quintessence of the Charles Heidsieck Champagne House style. To create the signature Brut Reserve, a third for each varietal (Meunier, Chardonnay and PInot Noir), are vinified cru by cru, varietal by varietal, in stainless steal vats and a high proportion of reserve wines, equally divided between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, to ensure the fine complexity and indulgence of this cuvee.

Piper Heidsieck Champagne was founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck on July 16, 1785 in Reims, France. The Heidsieck name was combined with the Piper name in October 1839.
