With over two decades of experience, I currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO at Peabody Trust. I have witnessed first-hand the transformative power of housing and its impact on individuals, families, and communities. I am proud to be the President of our professional body the Chartered Institute of Housing. I am interested in the link between health and housing and have just completed an MSc in Health, Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings at UCL.

As a former housing executive Pamela has a good understanding of housing, complemented by her roles as Board Chair and non-executive director. CEO/Personal Development Coach & Consultant Jacqueline, currently the CEO of Refugee Resource, has over 30 years of experience in the charity and social care sectors, including 18 years as a CEO. She serves as Vice Chair of WISH London and is a Board Member at Estuary Housing Association, where she also champions Equality and Diversity initiatives. Throughout her career, Jacqueline has played a pivotal role in establishing and delivering support services for vulnerable individuals, including temporary and supported housing, and in coordinating services with partner and signpost agencies. In addition to her executive leadership, Jacqueline is a qualified Personal Development and Business Coach, as well as a certified NLP Practitioner. She is a passionate advocate for empowering disadvantaged groups, and championing positive outcomes for all, regardless of their background or role. Rachael is the Senior Partner at Capsticks leading the firm since 2018. Ranked as a No 1 employment lawyer by background she is also a qualified mediator and coach. She coaches at an executive level in the public and private sector helping people untangle knotty problems, gain confidence and develop their lives and careers. Rachael is also a mum of two (nearly grown up boys) and is looking forward to them all leaving home soon which looks unlikely.

Dominique is an equity partner and leads one of PTE’s three design workshops. A gifted and experienced designer and strategist, Dominique has delivered many award-winning schemes from large-scale masterplans to infill sites covering housing, mixed-use and regeneration projects. Her experience spans all stages of procurement from concept design to post occupancy evaluation. Dominique specialises in co-locating housing with schools, alongside commercial and community uses, to create thriving neighbourhoods. She is skilled at working with others to unlock complex briefs and sites and improve the quality of housing design and delivery. Dominique sits on Lewisham’s Design Review Panel, has taught at The Bartlett School of Architecture, mentors for the Future London Leaders Programme and is on the RIBA Future Leaders Steering Group.

Kaye is an equity partner and leads one of PTE’s three design workshops. Kaye has delivered a series of successful and award-winning projects from concept to completion. She specialises in large scale regeneration and masterplanning projects, as well as urban and village extensions and new settlements throughout the south of England. Kaye excels at building good working relationships with clients and the wider design and construction teams, blending architectural vision with project realism in a compelling, accessible way. Kaye has been a member of the RIBA Advisory Group and sat on the RIBA Housing Panel. She is a Board Member for The Housing Forum, Co- Chair of the Brent Quality Review Panel, as well as sitting on the Camden Quality Review Panel. She is a member of the NHBC Council and sits on the NHBC Appointments Committee. In 2022 she was the chair of judges for the RIBA Neave Brown Award.
