We have thought long ad hard about how we can get a brand/Company out there, and we feel that being the first construction company to offer a £40,000 renovation project for just £2 is the best way of getting out there… The lucky winner will get the choice from a mixture of the list below. Providing the cost does not exceed £40,000. So i.e you could have a bathroom, kitchen and garden landscaped. We are offering: Single story Extension (within permitted development) Kitchen refurb Bathroom refurb Bedroom Refurb Driveway/ Garden landscaping New windows New doors New front door porch New stud partition walls Walk in wardrobes/fitted wardrobes Outhouse/Garage Any decoration works New boiler New heating system Radiators New security system All these things come under Candor Homes remit. One of the directors at Candor is part of various Property groups and we would like to encourage investors to purchase a ticket also. We are incredibly happy to come up with an agreement to spread the cost over multiple projects for yourselves.
