The buildings consist of: ✅ BUILDING ONE (7 Apartments) > The lower ground floor has a 1 bed apartment and a 2 Bed apartment both with a living dining Kitchen and separate bathroom. Both apartments have their own entrances. > The following 5 apartments are accessed off an internal hallway and staircase. > The ground floor is accessed up an external metal and timber staircase. Through the main door there is a large studio with a living dining kitchen, separate bathroom and bed deck. Also there is a 2 bedroom apartment with a living dining kitchen and separate bathroom. > First floor, has two, 1 bed apartments both with a living dining kitchen and separate a bathroom. > Second floor has a large 2 bedroom apartment with a living dining kitchen and separate bathroom. ✅ BUILDING TWO (6 Apartments) > Lower Ground. This is a 2 bedroom apartment with living dining kitchen and separate bathroom. > Ground floor.
