We are offering our 3 bed semi-detached house with large west facing garden. Situated in the popular area of Low Fell, Gateshead conveniently located minutes from the A1 and with good transport links to the centre of Newcastle and the Metro Centre.

3 bed semi-detached house comprises of: Entrance hall with separate access to the kitchen and living room with stairs Living room that flows into dining room and kitchen Dining room has french doors leading out into the spacious back garden, with raised decking area. Upstairs there are two double and a single bedroom and a modern family bathroom with shower over bath. Outside to the front is a large paved drive suitable for three cars, electric car charger and a detached garage with access to the back garden. There is also gated access to the back garden.
