Mostly fuelled by flapjack I enjoy challenges beyond the comfort zone to discover what's out there and generally annihilating my knees in the process! Before lockdown I was running around 1000 mountains of Britain & Ireland from the back of my tinyvan home to raise support for our incredible Mountain Rescue E&W and Mountain Rescue Search Dogs.
